Method

Design:

Adult education is used as the course design concept, sharing among participant experiences and knowledge is the theme of the course. Provide knowledge based concept rising participant self-awareness of their own problem for assessment.

Form of Activity:

Through game, activity, discussion, short-film, demonstration, and case study

Smaller Group Discussion:

Grouping participants into smaller group for better discussion and sharing

Sample:

Using educational learning approach, participants are more interested in topic related to everyday life. Our host would also use practical life situation as examples to share and discuss, easier for participants to apply and reflect.

Technique:

Programme host leads experiences sharing and exchange and provides technique demonstration
