Lilyvale Cafe was established in 1982 and has been providing quality and affordable food and beverage services. The Cafe is also committed to offering vocational training and employment opportunities to the disadvantaged and ex-mentally ill persons in establishing their self-confidence and equipping related skills with the ultimate aim of securing job in open employment and helping them to be financially independent.
