Introduction
Since April 2016, our organization has established "Connect Your Home", which aims to provide various types of support to the family members of our three districts of Integrated Community Centres for Mental Wellness. The service aims to promote communication among familymembers, strengthen family cohesion, and also address the mental and spiritual needs of family members, providing them with encouragement and support.
Service Target
Family members in our three service districts:

- Wan Chai
- Kwai Tsing
Service Scopes
- "Family. Strength"
A mutual support group for family members to establish a support network with other families facing similar challenges. Through sharing positive experiences and difficulties, family members can learn from each other and find solutions for themselves and their families. - Mental Health Education
Through various seminars and workshops, such as the family recovery concept course, nonviolent communication workship, and life & death education, etc., family members can establish mental health concepts, promote their mental health, or improve their interpersonal skills. - Multivariate Seminar
Providing diversified seminars, such as Chinese medicine for pain relief, nutrition and diet, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and medication education, etc., to let family members understand different knowledge and skills that promote physical and mental health. - Therapy Session
Providing different types of therapy groups, such as art therapy, narrative therapy, and brick therapy, to help family members express and organize their emotions, and thus improve family relationships.
